Send your details through our order form. You'll get an order reference straight away.

Pay via Wise
Transfer the total via Wise and quote your reference. No card details are stored anywhere.

We ship
Once payment clears we dispatch within 5 days in Asia, or 7 days elsewhere, with tracking sent to your email.
1 · Build your cart
Every product is sold as a 10-vial bundle from a single batch. Add as many bundles as you need, plus bacteriostatic water, Hospira water (hospital grade) or a GenericPen. Your cart shows the shipping fee and how close you are to free shipping.
2 · Submit the order form
Enter your name, email, country, shipping address and phone number. You'll get an order reference such as PEP-ABC123 on screen right away. TODO: confirmation email
3 · Pay via Wise
Send the exact total in USD to our Wise account and put your order reference in the payment note. Wise is fast and transparent, works from most countries, and means we never handle your card details.
4 · Packed and shipped
Once payment clears, your order is packed cold-chain in plain outer packaging and shipped with tracking. Dispatch takes up to 5 days within Asia and up to 7 days to the rest of the world. Transit time after that depends on the courier and customs.
